Bully Devil

This beefy bully has one thing on his mind: Pick on Ninjas. Whether he's dishing out serious wedgies, messing up perfectly manicured Ninja lawns and shrubbery, or spray-painting "Mr. Demon rawks" on the side of Ninja huts, the Ninjas fear his verbal insults like "Ninja? More like Nerdja...", and his constant Ninja Star Cookie shakedowns.
