Who is this strange, new Ninja that has come on the scene to help Mayor Ninja with his civil duties? Ol' Master Ninja is skeptical at best, especially considering his name is 'Evil Assistant' but the Mayor is the Mayor and as such, shouldn't be questioned...

    Ok all you people who love this character, I have asked shwnimals to make a plush of this with a removable ninja assisstant costume and no he doesnt have broken arms he just put tape around them so the wouldnt see his devil hands
