For quite some time now, we've had issues with shipments to certain countries. That is, United States Postal Service First-Class shipments to certain countries. So much so, in fact, that packages would take months to arrive, get lost, come back for no good reason, or any number of other silly reasons. The USPS had no real solution for us, and since we're often dealing with limited or handmade items, it put us in a real sticky situation.

We want you to be happy, and yet we still have to be careful with something special going missing (and in many cases something we can't necessarily remake if it does). So we disabled First-Class for countries outside of the US, except for Canada and the UK since we seldom have issues with those two countries.

Wow... we sure do write a lot! But we wanted to be clear, and more importantly, share some good news: First class has been re-enabled for certain countries so now you have more – and cheaper – shipping options for your international destination. First-class is now available for:

• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Austria
• Denmark
• Finland
• France
• Germany
• Greece
• Netherlands
• Portugal
• Spain
• Sweden

We'll continue to add countries as we get new information on the reliability of the delivery to them. If you're confident your country's post is awesome, let us know. Otherwise, we would reccomend choosing FedEx or Priority Mail services to ensure delivery. More info here.
