• USPS Priority mail to a US destination will usually take approximately 1-3 business days after the package is shipped to deliver. The post office does not guarantee this time frame and packages shipped during times of high volume (like now!) can sometimes take longer.
• FedEx ground is usually 4 business days after the package is shipped to west coast, 2 business days to the east coast since we're based in Chicago, so please plan accordingly or upgrade shipping if needed. If you're in the Midwest, may get to you in a day, but as always, check FedEx.com for the service map.
• USPS First Class International will usually take about 10 business days after the package is shipped to reach the country of destination. This does not include time spent in customs or in the hands of the local post. First class packages to some countries will take much longer than this time frame and can occasionally take up to 30 days to deliver. Furthermore, USPS will not take any steps to trace a first class international package until it is at least 30 days out.

Please note: We simply cannot guarantee a delivery date for any first class package shipping to an address outside of the US since USPS cannot give us a guarantee. If you would like to be sure to get your package by the holidays or need tracking on your package, we suggest upgrading to priority or express mail.
