to be loved, but since Shawnimals are as much artworks as they are
stuffed things and contain fragile stitching and potentially hazardous
plastic parts, they are not intended as play things, pet toys or for
children 3 and under. Shawnimals.com and Shawn Smith cannot
be held responsible for any harm or injury that may be caused directly
or indirectly by a Shawnimal or any Shawnimals.com merchandise.

Statement
We do not share any personal information gathered
online with outside companies.In some cases, this
information may be used for Shawnimals.com promotional materials
such as
coupons, special offers and other incentives. Likewise, when
you order an item from the site, your mailing and payment
information are stored securely and never shared.
Availability
Because Shawnimals are often art-based stuffed creatures offered
in limited quantities, there may be times a Shawnimal is
purchased
but it is no longer available. This certainly isn't something
we like to happen, but because of many factors it might.
If this occurs, rest assured the full purchase amount plus
shipping will be
refunded
ASAP.
Tax
Illinois residents will have 9.00% sales tax automatically
added to any order. Customers outside of Illinois do not need to
pay tax.

If you subscribe to the Shawnimals mailing list,
rest assured your contact information will not be used
for anything
other
than Shawnimals announcements
and other promotional materials. Subscribe
to our list here, and unsubscribe

Materials
Shawnimals are made with all-new. All materials are non-toxic.
The materials used may
or may not be
non-allergenic. Currently they are handmade at our workshop in Chicago,
IL, and soon some of them will be made in China.
Return Policy
There are no exceptions: All sales are final. Why?
Simply put, because the items that are featured
on Shawnimals.com
are almost
always handmade. They lie somewhere in between
art, craft and stuffed animal. Slight variations
are to
be expected,
whether
in size, shape and color. Should you find a MAJOR
imperfection in your
item, please contact us to see what can be done.
Security
Since Shawnimals.com currently uses Paypal, your credit
card information is not stored on the Shawnimals server.
Instead, it
is stored in your
account on Paypal's amazingly secure servers.
Shipping Policy
All Shawnimals are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise
noted. Shipments are made
twice a week usually on
Wednesday and Friday. Order processing usually
takes 1 to 2 business days for domestic orders, and then delivery
is estimated at 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
However, international orders can take considerably longer to
process,
ship and arrive,
so allow up
to 15 business
days for such orders to arrive.
